Wildflower - Field Work Rosella Wheat 750ml Size:Single A small percentage of whole"Field Work: Rosella Wheat aims to highlight the characteristics a single, unique varietal of wheat brings to our beer. By brewing our Gold recipe yet replacing our usual red wheat varietal with Rosella wheat, a soft wheat with a honeylike flavour when baked. This beer was fermented with our house culture containing a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers from NSW then transferred into ex wine oak barrels for 15 months
